Please carefully review and adhere to the following instructions for the final submission. These guidelines apply to all accepted papers, including those categorized as Accept (Oral), Accept (Poster), Best Student Paper Candidate, and Best Paper Candidate.

For papers accepted as Oral, Best Student Paper Candidate, or Best Paper Candidate, it is required to make an oral presentation. Please carefully follow the presentation instructions provided below.

For papers accepted as Poster, there is no need to deliver an oral presentation. However, it is necessary to prepare a poster. Please refer to the provided poster instructions below.

(For Accept (Oral), Best Student Paper Candidate, Best Paper Candidate)

1. Ensure submit 3 files via the CMT system. Submit files include: the final source file, the PDF version of the final source file and the copyright form, the Camera-Ready Submission is now available on the CMT system, the deadline is June 28th.

2. Final source file strictly according to the conference template (either Latex Source Files or WORD Document, name as “Source file+Paper ID+Name of the First Author”, e.g., “Source file+123+San Zhang.doc”) which can be found at https://icira2023.org/papersub.html

3. PDF version of the final source file, and rename to “Final paper+Paper ID+Name of the First Author”, e.g., “Final paper+123+San Zhang.pdf”.

4. License-to-publish agreement (downloaded from HERE), signed by hand by the corresponding author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper. Please fill the first page and sign the last page (name as “Copyright+Paper ID+Name of the First Author”, e.g., “Copyright+123+San Zhang.pdf”).

· All oral presenters should provide their presentation in a Powerpoint Format. The presentation should be provided on a (virus free) USB-stick to the chair-assistant who will put the presentation on a laptop that is present at the room. 

· Your presentation should have as filename, “PPT +Paper ID+Name of the First Author”, e.g., “PPT+123+San Zhang.ppt”

· All speakers should come to the presentation room 15 minutes before the session starts. Provide your USB stick with your presentation to the chair-assistant who will help you to upload your presentation.

· Oral presentations are maximally 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes Q&A.

(For Accept (Poster))

5. Poster using the ICIRA 2023 Poster Template, convert to PDF file (not exceed 15 MB), rename“Poster+Paper ID+Name of the First Author+Paper Title” (e.g., “Poster+123+San Zhang+Title of paper.pdf”).
